High quality standards are guaranteed by sophisticated machines for three-dimensional control, located in the “Metrology Room”. I.L.M. Srl offers many tools for dimensional inspections of the pieces, including two three-dimensional CMM machines, geometrically verified every year by suitable entities.

I.L.M. certifies the products it releases with their relative certificates. All the parts are provided with a dedicated test chart that specifies the critical dimensions that are subject to control. ILM verifies and monitors the most critical phases and production quotas directly during the work process with these control charts. I.L.M. guarantees the certification of all the materials used and all the additional work, for all its produced parts, including heat and surface treatments. Furthermore, the efficiency and precision of the three-dimensional machine and all the measuring instruments are periodically verified and documented.
