High technical, production, and commercial standards, can only be reached through prudent business and human resources management processes created for them.
In this view, I.L.M. believed that it was essential to be certified according to the current certification ISO 9001 :2015.

With a view towards constant improvement, I.L.M. will adjust its quality management system to the UNI EN 9100 regulations, in 2023, a necessary requirement for organizations in the aeronautical, space, and defence fields.
